Susan Power, CEO & Founder
Susan is the CEO and the founder of PowerUp Leadership, a boutique leadership coaching advisory company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. The company vision is to multiply leaders to grow your business. Many workplaces struggle with the shift that needs to happen when progressing employees from individual contributors to people leaders. The skills that are required to build and develop a team rely heavily on communication, empathy, emotional agility, and inspiring through vision.

Susan built her consulting skills working in Toronto for seven years including at the global management consulting firm Accenture. In 2016, Susan sold her first consulting business (Higher Talent) founded in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador and then spent two years in an Executive HR Director role at JD Irving Limited, before returning to entrepreneurship.
Susan is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Calgary. Susan can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
